REGISTRATION
ABRUZZO GRAVEL 2025 (AG25) is a non-competitive event with an Unsupported formula (no type of support during the routes) a format dedicated to bikepacking and nature lovers. AG25 revolves around the theme "in the wild heart of Abruzzo" and will be open to GRAVEL, MTB and E-MTB bikes.
Attention: anyone who is not up to date with: payment, does not have insurance coverage or the data is incorrect, will not be considered registered for the event. Therefore, you will not receive either the welcome kit or the race pack.
REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee is without additional commissions and is scheduled below:
from 08/12/2024 to 31/03/2025 cost - €59.00
from 01/04/2025 to 30/06/2025 cost - €79.00
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Inclusion in the list of participants of ABRUZZO GRAVEL 2025:
- Track, in .gpx format on KOMOOT, of the event to upload to your on-board computer.
- Map with itinerary map with all the useful information.
- Abruzzo Gravel Pass (Travel Passport) that you will stamp at the various checkpoints (Base Camp).
- Race bib.
- Discounts with the various partners who support the event.
- Insurance coverage for the entire duration of the event for all members associated with bodies recognized by CONI. For all others, insurance is mandatory and will be provided at a cost of €10, to be paid during registration.
- Welcome kit delivered during registration on 27/08
- Race pack “FLAVOURS OF THE TERRITORY” delivered upon return (*).
- Toilets and showers available on arrival 24 hours a day at our "Bike Village"
- Certificate of participation by ABRUZZO GRAVEL 2025
- Inclusion on the FINISHER 2025 page
- Pre-departure meeting the day before departure (will be communicated later).
- Welcome aperitif reserved for members on 27 August 2025 from 7.00pm to 8.30pm

(*) The event package will be delivered only to those who have completed the entire journey. Upon return you will have to show your passport with all travel stamps to the staff in charge and they will be given priority. For all those who lose/misplace the Abruzzo Gravel Pass and do not demonstrate completion of the trail, delivery will take place later.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION:
- Everything that is not expressly indicated in the "REGISTRATION INCLUDES" list.
- We recommend that you organize yourself with a live tracking device (e.g. KOMOOT, WHIP LIVE, GARMIN, ……), barring any integration by the organization.
PROCEDURES AND RULES:
- Registration for the event will take place by filling out a form on our official website. Payment is made only with PayPal.
- The opening/closing and quota change dates are mandatory.
- The organization also reminds you to USE A VALID EMAIL. All communications will take place exclusively with the address used during the registration phase.
- By registering and paying the participation fee you declare that you accept the Regulations which can be consulted in the specific section.
Attention: Registration fees are non-refundable, cannot be transferred to another participant and cannot be frozen for a future edition for any reason. The event will take place in any weather condition. In case of suspension due to alerts, warnings/weather or emergencies by bodies not dependent on the organization, the registration fees cannot be refunded.
The organization also reminds you to USE A VALID EMAIL because all communications will take place exclusively with the address used during the registration phase.
Whether you run at full speed fighting against your stopwatch, or as an explorer tourist, or as a simple enthusiast... someone will be there waiting for you!
